How to: Insert a picture into a document.
Solution:
Click on desired location, select 'Picture...' from the 'Insert' menu.
1) Single-click on the desired location for the picture.
2) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Picture...'. (The 'Insert Picture' dialog box appears.)
3) Select the drive that contains the picture file in the 'Look in' drop-down list box. (A list of all the folders and files within the drive is displayed.)
4) (Optional) Open the folder that contains the picture:
a) Select the desired folder. (The folder is highlighted.)
b) Click 'Open'.
NOTE: If the desired document is in a subfolder, repeat Step 4) for the subfolder or subfolders until the name of the picture is displayed.
5) Select the name of the file in the displayed list box.
6) Click 'OK'.
